xreads(“we”, “us”) is a curated reader for long-form articles published on X. This policy explains what limited data we collect when you visit www.xreads.info.

What we collect

• Anonymous usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and understand which articles get traffic. No cookies are set, and no personally identifiable information is stored.
• Theme preference. Your light/dark choice is saved locally in your browser via localStorage. It never leaves your device.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may keep short-lived request logs containing IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, no sign-ups, no passwords.
• No advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
• No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties.

Article content

xreads links to and displays metadata from public articles published on X. Article text, images, and authorship belong to the original authors on X. If you are an author and would like a piece removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
